How verification works
Trust should be
built into the system.
After a stay is completed, the owner can leave feedback from their authenticated Client Portal. The review is tied to that completed booking before it can enter moderation.
Admins can approve, decline or archive the review, but they cannot turn an anonymous website submission into a “verified stay”.
Owner submits
The review is created from the Client Portal and linked to that booking.
Admin moderates
Feedback remains private and pending until it is approved for publication.
Verified publicly
Only approved reviews backed by completed stays are exposed to the public site.

Nothing manufactured.
If the list is short while the Homestay grows, that is fine. A smaller set of genuine verified reviews is more valuable than a page full of testimonials nobody can substantiate.
